1️⃣ Create your order.
Sign up on our BIOTEM USA website and set up your account. This will give you access to start your orders and manage your personal lab cases.
2️⃣ Fill Out Your Case
Provide as much detail as possible for your case. This is your digital slip, and all orders will be processed based on the information provided here.
3️⃣ Upload Your Files
Attach all necessary files for your case. If pickup is required, schedule it at this stage.
4️⃣ Track Your Order
Keep track of your order. Once your case is successfully submitted and the order is approved, you will receive an email titled New Case Created.

📌Case Submission Guidelines
1️⃣ Accurate Case Information
When submitting a case, please ensure that all information is entered accurately, including your name, patient name, and case details.
Any issues arising from incorrect or incomplete information will be the sole responsibility of the person who submitted the case.
2️⃣ Deadline & Shipping Timeline
Please set your case deadline by allowing 7–10 business days for shipping and production.
If an unrealistically short deadline is selected (excluding approved rush cases), the case may require re-coordination with our team, which can result in delays.
3️⃣ Order Status & File Submission
Once a lab order is submitted, the system will automatically verify whether:
A valid deadline has been requested
All required scan files have been uploaded
If physical pickup is required, you must mark this option clearly.
If pickup is not required, please upload digital scan files only.
When all requirements are met, your order status will change to “New Order Created.”
📩 If you do not receive this confirmation email, your case is not yet in progress.
